Implementation Director

Job Summary

Owning the full implementation lifecycle for a portfolio of enterprise health system accounts, the full-time remote Implementation Director will manage technical integration, workflow configuration, and user adoption while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire implementation process, from kickoff to go-live and handoff to Customer Success
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk registers for active accounts, proactively addressing delivery risks
• Manage relationships with executive and clinical stakeholders, providing status updates and handling escalations during the implementation phase

Required qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience in implementation, professional services, or technical onboarding within healthcare or complex enterprise SaaS environments
• Proven hands-on experience with enterprise-scale rollouts involving multiple stakeholders and technical complexities
• Familiarity with health system IT and clinical operations, including EHR/EMR integration and HL7/FHIR standards
• Demonstrated ability to create structured implementation plans and risk management frameworks
