Implementation Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

To support the implementation team, the full-time remote Implementation Enablement Specialist will document and standardize processes, develop workflow automations, and maintain reporting systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Build, standardize, and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and templates across all service lines and stages of the implementation lifecycle
• Design and maintain workflow automations and dashboards to streamline processes and provide visibility into implementation metrics
• Evaluate and convert manual tasks into documented, automated processes while prioritizing improvement initiatives based on business impact

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent education and practical experience
• Three or more years of experience in process improvement, operations, or implementation support, preferably in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Demonstrated experience in documenting processes and developing SOPs or operating standards
• Advanced Excel skills for building reports and dashboards, along with experience in workflow automation tools like monday.com
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or Claude preferred
