Implementation Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting clients' ongoing technical operations, the full-time remote Implementation Engineer will manage system integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide clients through critical system migrations in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and customize Boomi processes for client system integration, ensuring data integrity and seamless transitions
- Monitor integration health and resolve client-centric system alerts to prevent billing discrepancies
- Serve as a Level 2 technical escalation point, diagnosing issues across multiple systems and collaborating with internal teams for resolutions
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of technical experience in integration engineering, DevOps, or technical support
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to trace data flow across multiple systems
- Experience with API and database concepts, including REST APIs and SQL queries
- Familiarity with integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar iPaaS tools
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
