Implementation Engineer
Job Summary
Engaging with enterprise customers during their initial journey, the remote Implementation Engineer will deliver enablement, implementation, and optimization services for the ThousandEyes platform, ensuring successful deployment and value realization.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute deployments, configure monitoring, and document solutions for customers
- Deliver customer training and provide best-practice recommendations tailored to individual environments
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, engaging with a broad range of technical and business stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in a technical field, or a Master's with 4 years, or a PhD with 1 year of related experience
- Project management and consulting experience with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Firm grasp of network and application protocols, with Cisco/Juniper certification preferred
- Experience maintaining or implementing LAN/WAN environments
- Familiarity with web technologies, including REST APIs, and experience with at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
