Implementation Engineer
Job Summary
Providing technical support for product installations, the full-time remote Implementation Engineer will assist field engineers and customers with troubleshooting, configuration, and diagnostics of various connectivity solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver real-time support and direction for the installation of Fusion's products and services to field engineers, customers, and third-party vendors
- Collaborate with Project Managers on technical consultations and validate solutions for SDWAN, VoIP, Cloud, Managed Security, and Wireless products
- Configure and diagnose a comprehensive suite of products, ensuring proper service and device provisioning
Required qualifications:
- Working knowledge of VoIP (Hosted and Trunking), SD-WAN/MPLS, and Managed Security
- Ability to understand complex network designs and run scripts in a Unix environment
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, certifications, or training
- 3+ years of related experience in a technical support role
- Flexible availability for shifts and on-call rotations, including nights and weekends
