Implementation Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting end users during implementation and troubleshooting, the full-time remote Implementation Engineer will manage the deployment and ongoing support of the Fortress Platform while collaborating with software architects and project leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for application and system-related concerns from clients and employees
- Lead User Acceptance Testing for new releases and ensure rigorous standards are met before deployment
- Independently diagnose and resolve complex software and system issues, ensuring optimal functionality and security
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer-focused technical role
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Ability to learn complex software and adapt to new technologies quickly
- Experience with helpdesk software such as Zendesk is a plus
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
