Implementation Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting end users during implementation and troubleshooting, the full-time remote Implementation Engineer will manage the deployment and ongoing support of the Fortress Platform while ensuring rigorous testing of new software features.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for application and system-related concerns from clients and employees
- Lead the testing and evaluation of new features, ensuring they meet standards before deployment
- Independently diagnose and resolve complex software and system issues while communicating solutions to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer-focused technical position
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related field
- Ability to learn complex software and quickly adapt to new technologies
- Experience with helpdesk software such as Zendesk is a plus
- Advanced certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Security+ are highly desirable
