Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Implementation Engineer will configure and enhance the Emi platform for clients, ensuring alignment with their recruitment needs while collaborating closely with product and customer success teams.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the successful configuration of the Emi solution in alignment with client business cases and expectations
- Design conversational interactions by transforming business requirements into logical rules and product definitions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve toolset capabilities and lead functional QA strategies with customers
Required qualifications
- Over 1 year of work experience in a relevant field
- Basic technology knowledge, including JSON structures and programming logic
- Excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented approach
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
