Job Summary
Owning the customer onboarding journey, the remote Implementation Engineer will manage multiple implementations, guiding customers through technical setup and ensuring they derive initial value from the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 15-20+ customer implementations, overseeing the onboarding process from post-sale handoff to technical enablement
- Lead technical onboarding efforts, including security integrations, configurations, and training to ensure customers are prepared to detect and respond to threats
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless transitions and maintain accurate implementation documentation
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in implementing SaaS solutions or IT services within enterprise environments
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Implementation Engineering or Technical Support
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP and their security services
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
