Job Summary
To support enterprise EDI and integration projects, the remote Implementation Engineer will analyze data and integration requirements, build customized solutions, and ensure accurate and timely deployment while developing foundational skills in EDI, APIs, and business process automation.
Key responsibilities
- Analyzing integration requirements and designing customized solutions for clients
- Becoming an expert on Cleo Integration Suite functionality and implementation procedures
- Ensuring customer solutions are configured and deployed accurately and on time
Required qualifications
- Basic understanding of EDI, integration concepts, and data formats
- Familiarity with FTP/SFTP, AS2, HTTP/S, or similar communication protocols
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 1-3 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent) is an advantage
