Implementation Engineer for ERP Integrations
Job Summary
To support customer onboarding and integration processes, the full-time Implementation Engineer for ERP Integrations will configure and validate ERP system connections, troubleshoot integration issues, and become an expert in various ERP platforms while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Implement integrations between Canals and ERP systems, ensuring proper configuration and data flow
- Join pre-sale discovery calls to assess feasibility and provide technical guidance on ERP integrations
- Lead post-sale integration efforts, including collecting access details, configuring endpoints, and validating data flows
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in technical implementation, account management, or customer engineering at a SaaS company
- Familiarity with APIs, REST endpoints, and JSON payloads
- Experience or strong desire to learn about ERP systems like Eclipse, P21, and Infor
- Proficiency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
