Implementation Lead
Job Summary
To support the implementation of AI-powered automation in pharmacies, the full-time remote Implementation Lead will manage customer implementations from discovery through go-live, ensuring alignment between pharmacy operations and technical requirements while coordinating with stakeholders and maintaining documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution of customer implementations, including planning, coordination, and tracking progress
- Lead structured discovery sessions to document current pharmacy workflows and translate them into actionable requirements
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely updates throughout the implementation process
Required qualifications
- Approximately 2-5 years of relevant professional experience in project coordination or implementation
- Working familiarity with pharmacy management systems and pharmacy workflows is required
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to document processes clearly and consistently
- Strong follow-through and professional communication skills
