Implementation Lead
Job Summary
Owning the customer relationship from signed agreement to first results, the full-time remote Implementation Lead will manage client onboarding, build use cases, and develop repeatable processes for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding process for new brands, ensuring engagement from key stakeholders
- Run technical setups and validate data accuracy before customer go-live
- Create playbooks based on successful onboarding experiences to train future team members
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on client onboarding
- Proven experience managing onboarding processes with multiple stakeholders
- Hands-on experience building Klaviyo flows and segments
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
- Experience in a high-growth, early-stage environment is preferred
