Implementation Lead
Job Summary
Leading customer implementations, the full-time Implementation Lead will manage the entire delivery process from kickoff to go-live, ensuring successful platform adoption while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own implementation delivery, including project planning, stakeholder alignment, and timeline management
- Lead structured discovery to clarify customer goals and translate requirements into a phased implementation approach
- Ensure launch readiness by maintaining a go-live checklist and identifying risks early, implementing mitigation plans as necessary
Required qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in SaaS implementation, project delivery, or customer onboarding
- Proven ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously with strong stakeholder management skills
- Comfort working with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent project discipline in managing timelines, risks, and communication
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation implementations, preferably in higher education
