Implementation Lead for Health Benefits

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end onboarding of new employer groups and TPA partners, the full-time remote Implementation Lead for Health Benefits will manage the implementation lifecycle, ensuring accurate setup and effective communication while standardizing processes for improved efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the full implementation lifecycle for new employer groups and TPA partners, ensuring timely and accurate go-lives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project milestones and address any risks or blockers
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, brokers, and TPAs, maintaining clear communication and documentation throughout the implementation process

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, or project management within self-funded health benefits or TPA operations
• Working knowledge of self-funded medical and pharmacy plan design, including relevant compliance regulations
• Direct experience managing complex healthcare implementations with fixed effective dates
• Fluency in the employer and TPA distribution channel dynamics
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
