Leading the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners, the full-time Implementation Leader will manage multiple client projects remotely, ensuring a seamless client experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting clients in using the CertifyOS platform.

- Oversee the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners across all products and services
- Collaborate with key stakeholders from multiple teams to ensure successful project execution
- Support clients in completing standard implementation tasks and understanding the CertifyOS platform
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience overall
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or management consulting
- Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills tailored to various audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
