Leading the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners, the full-time Implementation Leader will manage multiple client implementations simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners across all products and services
- Collaborate with key stakeholders from various teams to support clients through standard implementation tasks
- Maintain a smooth client experience from contract execution to go-live
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience overall
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or management consulting
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong detail-oriented mindset
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills tailored to diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
