Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Implementation Manager will manage the onboarding and launch of new clients on the Studio and Da Vinci platforms, ensuring project success through collaboration with clients and internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Project Manager for client launches, coordinating communication and collaboration throughout the implementation process
- Develop project plans aligned with client goals and implement best practices to ensure software delivers measurable value
- Conduct platform training and work closely with technical teams to provide custom solutions and support client success
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of account, project, or implementation management experience
- Direct experience with enterprise mobile or email service providers
- Strong understanding of mobile and email marketing strategies
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and APIs
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
