Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of strategic technology solutions, the full-time Implementation Manager will manage vendor integrations and operational deployments remotely across the Medicare Advantage health plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of technology solutions and vendor services, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Manage the onboarding and integration of new vendors, serving as the primary contact between the health plan and external partners
• Develop operational readiness plans and conduct readiness assessments to support successful implementation and adoption

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing technology implementations, operational projects, or vendor integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong project and program management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
