Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of 15-25 concurrent EDI integration projects, the full-time Implementation Manager will ensure the efficient exchange of enrollment data, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support, all in a fully remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage multiple implementation projects, utilizing advanced project management and client service skills
• Gather and analyze business requirements for EDI integration, translating client needs into technical specifications
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve EDI transmission errors, ensuring minimal disruption for clients

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years managing concurrent projects with internal and external stakeholders
• 6+ years in a client-facing role with experience in navigating difficult client conversations
• 4+ years of experience in EDI and/or API implementation within the benefits administration industry
• Understanding of fixed-width file formats and LDEx XML file format
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
