Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the customer-facing efforts for new provider practices, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will oversee multiple concurrent implementations of the Counterpart Assistant, ensuring timely and high-quality launches while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the customer relationship throughout the implementation process, serving as the primary point of contact from project kickoff to post-launch
• Lead the development and execution of end-to-end project plans for multiple implementations, keeping all teams aligned on scope, timeline, and status
• Drive continuous improvement of the implementation process by refining playbooks and identifying efficiencies to enhance customer satisfaction

Required qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in leading technical product implementations in a customer-facing role
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementations, particularly with EHR standard integrations
• Exceptional customer-facing skills with the ability to build trust and manage escalations effectively
• Strong project management expertise, capable of tracking progress and driving accountability across teams
• Proven ability to identify and propose process improvements that enhance operational efficiency
