Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Leading the adoption of the Canvas platform, the full-time Implementation Manager will manage client implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring seamless integration of clinical workflows in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own implementation plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner with client leaders to design and implement workflows aligned with best practices and guide customers through adoption milestones
- Lead post-go-live stabilization efforts and identify process improvements while coordinating with internal teams to drive outcomes
Required qualifications
- Implementation experience in healthcare SaaS, EHR/EMR, or adjacent health tech
- Strong project management fundamentals, including scoping, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Technical curiosity with the ability to quickly learn and discuss APIs/SDKs
- Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams on complex issues
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment and managing go-live planning and support
