Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the customer-facing implementation efforts, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will manage multiple concurrent provider practice launches on Counterpart Assistant, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship through implementation, serving as the primary point of contact from project kickoff to post-launch
• Lead end-to-end project plans for multiple concurrent implementations, aligning internal and customer teams on scope, timeline, and status
• Drive continuous improvement of the implementation process by refining playbooks, tooling, and templates to enhance customer experience

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in leading technical product implementations in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of successful launches
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementations, particularly with EHR standard integrations
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to track plans and drive accountability across diverse teams
• Technical judgment to diagnose integration issues and manage project scope effectively
• Motivated by process improvement, with a history of proposing and adopting better approaches to workflows
