Implementation Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Implementation Manager will oversee customer implementation projects, manage a team of Forward Deployed Engineers, and build scalable systems for service delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop the Professional Services team, ensuring clear expectations for project ownership and delivery standards
• Oversee implementation projects from kickoff to go-live, improving delivery predictability and managing risks
• Create and enhance repeatable playbooks and workflows, identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing process improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role
• 2+ years of people management or technical team leadership experience
• Experience delivering technical customer projects involving software implementation and integrations
• Strong project management skills, including scope control and risk management
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
