Job Summary
Leading project management for onboarding HME Providers, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will ensure smooth transitions to the Parachute Platform, drive digital ordering growth, and implement strategic activations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding projects for HME Providers, ensuring timely and efficient implementation
- Develop and present actionable insights using data analysis to enhance partnerships and address challenges
- Lead training sessions and demos for partners, ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective use of the platform
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or project management in healthcare or health tech
- Proven track record implementing or managing healthcare or SaaS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with AI solutions, digital workflow automation, or system interoperability is a plus
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Tableau, HubSpot, and JIRA; knowledge of API integrations is advantageous
