Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Owning the onboarding and rollout program for large enterprise clients, the remote Implementation Manager will coordinate the transition from purchase to sustained usage, focusing on program management and driving adoption during the first 90 days post-sale.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding and rollout program, managing project plans, critical milestones, and risk mitigation
- Serve as a primary contact for rollout, facilitating regular status meetings and aligning resources across teams
- Analyze adoption trends and provide actionable insights to internal teams and client stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in a client-facing onboarding, customer success, or program management role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with change management practices for tool adoption post-purchase
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Asana) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior client stakeholders and internal teams
