Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Owning a portfolio of over 40 concurrent Core implementations, the full-time Implementation Manager will manage customer relationships and project timelines from contract signature through go-live, all while working remotely in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full implementation lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring adherence to planned duration and scope
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates in Rocketlane, ensuring transparency for all stakeholders
• Lead customer kickoff meetings to set expectations and action items, adapting agendas based on agency-specific needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing customer-facing SaaS implementations, or 3+ years with a master's degree
• Strong knowledge of public safety operations, including fire, EMS, or law enforcement agencies
• Demonstrated ability to manage project plans, timelines, and risk across multiple contributors
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft 365 applications
• Working data literacy for assessing integration and migration risks
