Implementation Manager

Job Summary

As a hands-on platform configurator and end-to-end project manager, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will oversee customer onboarding, translating approved solution designs into Vividly configurations, managing timelines, and ensuring successful go-live experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation project for assigned customers, ensuring timely delivery and project health
• Translate approved Solution Architecture designs into accurate Vividly platform configurations and workflows
• Lead customer implementation meetings, maintaining accountability among stakeholders and proactively identifying risks and dependencies

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, or a similar delivery role
• Demonstrated experience configuring a SaaS platform based on documented business requirements
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent customer projects with competing priorities
• Strong judgment in distinguishing between normal configuration decisions and material changes to approved solutions
• Experience working with customer datasets, including data validation and transformation using Excel or Google Sheets
