Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Engaging with clients to define business requirements, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will manage implementations, build strong customer relationships, and ensure successful adoption of the Foundation AI platform while demonstrating product solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their business objectives and align them with Foundation AI's products
- Lead discovery sessions and facilitate project execution through requirements gathering and documentation
- Support clients during the go-live process and promote solution adoption and usage
Required qualifications
- A technical degree (Engineering) or business degree (MBA, BBA) with 3-8 years of experience in SaaS or product consulting
- Experience with LegalTech, particularly in litigation areas like Workers Compensation and Personal Injury
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding communication skills for presentations and documentation of solution concepts
- Systems implementation experience, including requirements analysis, configuration, and training
