Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an organized and data-driven Implementation Manager for a full-time remote position, responsible for owning the onboarding and rollout program for large enterprise clients in the financial services sector, from pre-sale handoff through the initial 90 days of adoption.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the onboarding and rollout program for large enterprise clients, managing project plans and critical milestones
• Lead regular status meetings and align resources across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
• Analyze adoption trends and develop actionable insights for internal teams and client stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years in a client-facing onboarding, customer success, or program management role in a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience working with financial services organizations, particularly investment banks and hedge funds
• Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software for tracking rollouts and client information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Strong communication skills to engage with senior client stakeholders effectively
