Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the implementation and operational launch of new hybrid ER & Urgent Care facilities, the full-time Implementation Manager will manage multiple concurrent facility implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and operationally ready for go-live while collaborating with various stakeholders remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manages multiple concurrent facility implementations to ensure projects remain on time and in scope
• Leads operational readiness planning and implementation for new ER & Urgent Care site launches
• Drives continuous process improvements in the implementation process, developing new tools and templates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant fields such as Nursing, Business, or Healthcare Administration
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations or project management
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience in hospitals, particularly Emergency Departments, strongly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
