Implementation Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team and managing customer onboarding, the full-time Implementation Manager will oversee the execution of implementation activities, optimize workflows for logistics operations, and ensure seamless integration of AI-driven solutions in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute implementation activities with stakeholders, translating workflow visions into actionable tasks
- Oversee customer go-live and hypercare processes, ensuring timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Monitor client performance and engagement, proactively addressing adoption gaps and standardizing training for Customer Success Representatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics software implementation and client delivery
- 3+ years of experience leading customer-facing teams, preferably in logistics tech startups
- Strong knowledge of freight brokerage, logistics, transportation technology, or 3PL operations
- Experience managing large-scale customer integrations and AI-driven automation solutions
- Proven technical capability along with solid project management skills
