Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Supporting new pharmacy franchise locations through the onboarding and implementation process, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will serve as a key liaison between franchise partners, internal departments, and vendors, ensuring project milestones align with policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Support implementation and onboarding activities for assigned new franchise pharmacy locations
• Track onboarding milestones and ensure projects remain aligned with established timelines and regulatory standards
• Guide franchisees through regulatory processes, including obtaining necessary licenses and accreditations

Required qualifications:

• Prior experience in infusion pharmacy, franchise onboarding, or healthcare operations
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Project Management experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management systems
