Implementation Manager

Job Summary

To ensure the efficient exchange of enrollment data, the remote Implementation Manager will support the full lifecycle of EDI integration projects, including requirements gathering, testing, and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of EDI integration projects, ensuring timely resolution of issues
• Gather requirements and perform data mapping between benefit administration systems and insurance carriers
• Provide ongoing support and client service throughout the implementation process

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of EDI standards and benefit administration processes
• Experience in project management principles related to integration projects
• Proven interpersonal skills with a focus on client service
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
• Background in data mapping and testing processes
