Implementation Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Customer Success team, the remote Implementation Manager will oversee the onboarding and rollout program for large enterprise clients, ensuring adoption and sustained usage while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the onboarding and rollout program for large enterprise clients, managing project plans and critical milestones from pre-sale handoff through the first 90 days
• Lead regular status meetings and align resources across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to facilitate successful rollouts
• Analyze adoption trends and provide actionable insights to internal teams and client stakeholders based on user engagement data

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing onboarding, customer success, or program management role within a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience with financial services organizations, particularly investment banks and hedge funds
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Asana) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with senior client stakeholders and internal teams
