Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Driving the end-to-end delivery of customer implementations, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will manage project plans, coordinate resources, and build relationships with health system stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring timely and impactful delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates and building trust-based relationships
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to address customer needs and improve implementation processes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing project or program management experience in enterprise healthcare SaaS or health technology
• Experience in an early-stage, venture-backed healthcare technology company
• Proven success managing end-to-end implementations of enterprise healthcare software at U.S. health systems
• Strong health system domain expertise and familiarity with healthcare data integration standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7)
• Highly organized with a proactive mindset and a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent implementations
