Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Managing client onboarding and system configuration, the full-time Implementation Manager will lead the delivery of UKG Ready solutions, ensuring precision and exceptional client care while coordinating project timelines and resources.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation delivery for UKG Ready, including project scoping, configuration, testing, and client training
• Oversee the implementation portfolio and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for successful client go-lives
• Guide client enablement and training to promote effective use of the platform and drive process improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll outsourcing, HCM implementation, or client services
• 2+ years of people leadership experience in a payroll service bureau or software implementation environment
• Strong knowledge of UKG Ready and experience managing multiple client implementation projects
• Project Management, FPC, CPP, or comparable professional certification is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, human resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
