Job Summary
To ensure the efficient exchange of enrollment data, the fully remote Implementation Manager will support the full lifecycle of EDI integration projects, handling requirements gathering, data mapping, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of EDI integration projects, ensuring timely and accurate data exchange
- Gather requirements and perform data mapping between benefit administration systems and the Self Bill Pro system
- Provide ongoing support and resolve issues related to EDI integrations and client inquiries
Required qualifications
- Strong understanding of EDI standards and benefit administration processes
- Experience in project management principles and practices
- Proven client service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Technical proficiency in data mapping and integration processes
- Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a tech-enabled service environment
