Job Summary
Owning the technical side of customer deployments, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will manage the integration, configuration, and quality assurance of AI agents for various practices, ensuring successful go-lives and ongoing support.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation processes from kick-off to go-live, ensuring fast and predictable timelines
- Collaborate with practice teams to understand workflows and translate them into effective agent configurations
- Conduct quality assurance on every build, troubleshooting issues and measuring performance post-launch
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in implementation, onboarding, solutions engineering, or technical customer success at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record of successfully launching software for customers and delivering measurable results
- Strong technical acumen with experience in integrations, APIs, and systems data
- Excellent judgment in identifying customer needs and making thoughtful trade-offs
- Hands-on experience managing multiple launches simultaneously under tight timelines
