Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end Implementation function, the full-time remote Implementation Manager will lead the deployment team, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for customers while managing strategy, processes, and performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead the Implementation team, including hiring, coaching, and setting performance standards
- Design scalable implementation playbooks and automate processes to enhance efficiency
- Serve as the primary contact for complex deployments, fostering relationships with senior stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in implementation, professional services, or customer onboarding, preferably in financial services or B2B SaaS
- 2+ years of experience leading a team and building processes from the ground up
- Strong finance knowledge, with familiarity in venture capital fund reporting as a plus
- Expert program and project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple concurrent deployments
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams, including Customer Experience and Product
