Focused on overseeing strategic program implementations for enterprise clients, the full-time Implementation Manager, Benefits will manage project coordination, client relationships, and comprehensive reporting to ensure successful onboarding in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Craft and execute comprehensive implementation strategies tailored for Mid-Market and Executive clients
- Deliver customized onboarding experiences and maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance the client onboarding experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4 - 5 years of relevant industry experience or equivalent
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with OnBase preferred
- Extensive experience in client-facing roles with a focus on communication and interpersonal skills
