Job Summary
To support the Pharma Direct team, the full-time remote Implementation Manager - Data Solutions will manage end-to-end launches of pharmacy claims-level and physician-level data integrations, translating complex data requirements into implementation plans while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end launches of data integrations for pharmaceutical manufacturers and media agency partners
- Translate complex data requirements into clear implementation plans while managing timelines and stakeholder coordination
- Drive continuous process improvements and ensure compliance with data-sharing requirements and contractual workflows
Required qualifications:
- Strong pharmacy claims-level data expertise with professional experience in healthcare analytics
- Experience working with physician-level data (PLD)
- 3 - 5+ years in technical project/program management or implementation roles
- Proven ability to lead external-facing technical implementations and data integrations
- Familiarity with data integration protocols and technical concepts related to data transfers and specifications
