Implementation Manager - Grants

Job Summary

To enhance the high-functioning Implementation Team, the full-time remote Implementation Manager - Grants will manage the onboarding process for new customers, oversee product configuration, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, conducting kickoff meetings and gathering requirements
• Carry out basic project management activities to ensure effective communication and risk evaluation throughout the implementation
• Customize system settings and workflows to align with client requirements, while also developing and delivering training sessions on SaaS products

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing implementation role, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Strong understanding of software implementation processes and best practices
• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or enterprise software implementations, particularly in GovTech, is a plus
