Implementation Manager, Practice Tools

Job Summary

To support the implementation and optimization of practice management tools, the full-time remote Implementation Manager, Practice Tools will manage project coordination, athenaOne administration, and workflow analysis while collaborating with operational teams and stakeholders to ensure effective utilization of healthcare technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support practice tool implementation and optimization projects from planning through execution
• Serve as the primary resource for athenaOne system support, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Document current-state and future-state workflows, collaborating with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting healthcare operations or technology, particularly with practice management systems
• Experience working within athenaOne and supporting healthcare technology workflows
• Strong understanding of ambulatory practice operations and cardiology workflows
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools
