Implementation Operations Manager
Job Summary
To support client implementations, the full-time remote Implementation Operations Manager will manage the technical and operational aspects of program changes, partner integrations, and new client launches while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute Client Success initiatives by documenting processes, action plans, and client-related inquiries
- Map client data to internal schemas, perform quality assurance, and monitor SLAs for data processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate ingestion pipelines and optimize workflows for efficiency
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or business field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in data operations, analytics, health tech, or technical implementation
- Experience in digital health, health plans, employer benefits, or B2B SaaS client onboarding
- Familiarity with healthcare data types such as eligibility, claims, and pharmacy
- Experience working in a HIPAA-regulated environment with sound handling of protected health information
