Implementation Project Lead

Job Summary

Leading multiple client implementations remotely, the full-time Implementation Project Lead will manage a portfolio of concurrent projects on the Force platform, ensuring timely execution and high-quality client experiences while mentoring the implementation team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of simultaneous implementation projects, collaborating with internal teams and managing timelines and dependencies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, driving engagement and accountability throughout the implementation process
• Act as a subject matter expert, delivering tailored training sessions and contributing to operational consistency across implementations

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience implementing SaaS or health tech platforms, preferably within hospitals or health systems
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at prioritizing competing demands
• Confident communicator with experience leading training sessions for diverse groups
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple projects in complex environments
