Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end onboarding and deployment projects for health systems, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will drive timelines, coordination, and successful activation while ensuring customers achieve measurable value quickly and are set up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization across a portfolio of health system customers
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings with customer IT, clinical operations, and technical teams to ensure exceptional communication and alignment
• Own project documentation, track project KPIs, and contribute to the evolution of implementation playbooks and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of project management experience in healthcare, SaaS implementations, or health IT
• Strong understanding of healthcare environments, including clinical operations and IT workflows
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or Smartsheet
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
