Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing a high-volume portfolio of employer client onboardings, the full-time Implementation Project Manager II will oversee project execution from kickoff to data go-live, ensuring alignment with established processes while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage and execute onboarding for a portfolio of active employer clients, ensuring adherence to project strategies and goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders, leading communication throughout the onboarding lifecycle
• Identify and escalate issues as needed, coordinating effectively across teams to resolve blockers and ensure project success

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of project management or client implementation experience
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume portfolio of concurrent client projects
• Experience in client-facing roles with direct interaction across multiple stakeholder levels
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Zoho, Jira, and Smartsheet
