Job Summary
To ensure new brands are set up for success from kickoff through go-live, the full-time remote Implementation Project Manager will lead multiple concurrent implementation projects, coordinating across various teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects for new brands from post-sale kickoff to successful go-live
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones using tools like Baton, Salesforce, and Jira
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Implementation to Go-Live
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of project management, customer onboarding, or implementation experience, preferably in SaaS, logistics, or eCommerce
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment with evolving priorities and processes
- Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Jira, or project management tools; Baton experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
