Required Qualifications

- Experience leading matrixed teams through complex projects
- Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and work with minimal oversight
- Strategic thinker with knowledge of member services across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, or Clickup is a plus
